EMMA OGOSI became once born 14/08/1942 at Akure, Ondo Say. He hails from Asaba, Delta Say, both in Nigeria. He went to school in merely about all facets of Nigeria, he later went into song professionally with a band known as THE EXPENSIVES in Kaduna & they later moved to Kano. The Expensives performed at the marriage ceremony of Traditional Ibrahim Babangida & Late Maryam. In 1973, he joined Midwest Television Benin as a pioneer producer. He created two principal musical programmes:
1) Music Panorama and
2) Voices From Within
He became once a member and Pioneer Cadet Officer. He studied Plane Engineering with the German Luftwaffe (the German Air Power).
In 1981, he went Solo & Came out along with his first album titled: ‘No one Is aware of’.
In 1982, he grew to alter into the important Secretary Traditional of PMAN.
Emma Ogosi is a father of all; he encourages, nurtures and builds artistes. He is the one who constructed the likes of Evi Edna Ogholi; Africa’s undisputed Queen of Reggae!
